What exactly counts as a "user"? expand_more

A paying user is any person who can log in and actively use FlowForg. Read-only guest viewers and portal customers are not counted. You can add or remove users at any time.

Do I really get access to all modules for one price? expand_more

Yes. The Standard and Custom plans include every FlowForg module - Accounting, Sales, Inventory, HR, POS, Courier, Food Delivery, Events, and all future modules - for a single per-user fee. No per-module add-ons.

How does the annual billing discount work? expand_more

When you choose annual billing you pay upfront for 12 months and save 19% compared to the monthly rate. The discount is applied immediately and locked in for the full year.

Is there a free trial, and do I need a card to start? expand_more

Every new workspace gets 7 days of full access to every module, with no credit card required. Choose a plan before the trial ends to keep working - your data carries over exactly as it is.

What is included in the Custom plan that Standard does not have? expand_more

The Custom plan adds: multi-company support (run multiple distinct businesses in one account), external API access, custom branding and white-label, Studio-style interface customizations, full audit trail, and a dedicated account manager with priority SLA.

What payment methods do you accept? expand_more

Payments are processed securely by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle accepts major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Applicable sales tax or VAT is calculated automatically at checkout, and you receive a tax-compliant invoice for every charge.

What is your refund policy? expand_more

Every subscription charge - including renewals - is covered by a 7-day refund window: contact us within 7 days of any charge for a full refund, no questions asked. Confirmed billing errors are refunded in full at any time. See the Refund Policy page linked in the footer for full details.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime? expand_more

Yes. Cancel from your billing settings at any time - no phone calls, no retention hoops. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and your data is kept safe afterwards so you can pick up again whenever you resubscribe.
